Do I need to take AIs if my estradiol level is 23?

I don’t feel like taking AIs mainly cuz of the side effects and also bcuz my aromasin just came in the mail after a million years and it’s in 12.5mg capsule form so I can’t even cut in half and experiment with microdosing.

Can I achieve a 5-8 point reduction in estradiol through softmaxxing and natty AIs alone?

Cause rn I’m a skinny fatcel (25%bf) that gets poor sleep, So if I fixed that while also taking DIM, Zinc, Olive Leaf Extract, and Chrysin, would it be enough to achieve the 5-8 point reduction?
