if you arent worried about ur height do nothing, if you dont want to stunt ur height while doing gear go onto a trt dosage of test, an ai and some anavar, hell even 500 mg test is okay given you have that ai

I’m obviously not cheekbiting what I’m clenching my jaw in the photo I had these plastic retainers and they cover my teeth I keep clenching my jaw I need to stop but my cheeks are not hollow whatsoever in that photo I js have terrible lip to nose ratio
