You can store hcg at room temperature until you reconstruct it, after reconstruction you put it in the fridge temperature between 2°C and 8°C (36°F to 46°F) and it lasts 30-60 days depending on manufacturer.

Don’t need to take it on cycle unless you want to have kids. Just use it while you’re waiting for the test to clear at the end of the cycle to plump up the balls again
