Do I need to titrate Hgh

I was on 8iu for a few months and I’ve been off for a month now could I hop straight onto 10iu daily (split dose) and be fine?

yes assuming you have no adverse effects wiht 8 iu, i'd go to 10 iu 2 more ius isnt gonna make a huge difference especially at a low dosage
