@Aloha is there any chance the nose bsse gets slightly slimmer with a lot of fat loss and completely curbing edeoma. I have hypothyroidism as well.

edeoma might affect it but there aren't fat cels in the nose

That’s what I thought too but it seems while the cartilage doesn’t have fat cells structures deeper than the cartilage do. And if those expand then cartilage gets pushed out a bit
