I was thinking of getting a genioplasty but my mentolabial sulcus angle (indent between chin and lower lip) is already quite acute so I'm worried that if I advanced my chin it'd look unnaturally deep. Moving the chin down alongside the advancement would fix this but I have quite a long face already.

I don't have an overbite or an underbite so I can't just advance my whole lower jaw - I'd have to get bimax which is probably quite extreme for the amount of recession I have.

Any advice would be great.

Yeah but what surgery - that's what my post is asking.
Not sure man I’ve been looking into double jaw surgery and Le fort 1 because I have an underbite our chins project the same way pretty much.

yeah I wish I had an underbite so I could just get LJS but my bite is fine so I'd have to get DJS. Will probably consult an OMFS at some point and might have to just bite the bullet on the cost of DJS.
