Your problems are philtrum and upper lip, those folds are normal.

Also you complain about looking 40 while being 20, looking old comes from other factors. I have deeper marks than you (at the corners of nose) because of stubborn/permanent nasolabial fat pads, am 31 years old and people still guess me early 20s.
