Do I remove this tooth?

When I had talked to an orthodontist in months ago he said I may have to remove one molar tooth but that’s it. Now I’m super broke so I couldn’t afford going back until just now. I’m going to a different one as the other guy sucked at his job. I’m just wondering if the new dentist says to remove a tooth do I listen? I’m 15 so idk if I can still have a palate expander
