Great news for me
I talked to my manager today and he confirmed it’s happening, I’m getting an apprenticeship,
30hr weeks, 1 day of college a month
1200 salary, but tips sometimes get massive so I could have like 2000 months, mums asking for rent increase tho, brootal.
I’m only gonna be working 3 days a week and get like 3 weekdays off to learn trading and shiet.

I was already cheffing, I make all the desserts in that place and chop up vegetables and seafood and fish, and bread chicken and yaddi yadda, while washing all the dishes on top of it, being a good goy payed off now because all the chefs want me to be a chef.
But now I’m only gonna be prepping food cuz that’s what commis chef do, and make starters. Which is blessed cuz all imma be doing is cooking up stuff with no rush for 10hrs a day, 3 times a week
