Sorry man, look I am not like this but here’s what I have to say:
Over the past few weeks I have been productive asf, going gym and touching grass like I always do.
Something happened today which made me mess up the process. I took a multivitamin, fat burner and herbs that boost your testosterone. Also don’t forget the weather was quite hot too. I spent almost 7 hours spending home naked while no one was present. Me being in that situation made me relapse
