Do I sleep on my back or underdeveloped side?

I’ve heard both and I wonder which is better for facial symmetry

I've slept on one side my entire life, I'm ugly but not asymmetrical (at least not anymore than your average person). I don't think it really amounts to much.

Okay yeah I looked it up as well and it’s probably bs that you’ll get more symmetrical or more asymmetrical from sleeping on one side
