i just turned 14 im 6'2 129kg. I don't want to stunt my growth but I also don't want to be a fat bastard. When I do a cal deficit or anything like that I end up jus eating more than I am meant to so I think I should just stay away from food until I need it, but honestly i'll do whatever you guys tell me im a good boy.

Eat everything but non processed, whole foods with a lot of protein 1 ingredient foods

Calorie surplus isn't necessarily a pathophysiology and explains your fat gain and poor composition. It's far more complex than that. I'm not saying calorie surplus didn't happen that made you fat but rather something inflammatory in your body that doesn't regulate excess food consumption. If you focus on calories you might succeed in a short term but you will put the weight back once you continue to eat by your habits or "fake" hunger signals. You should eat when you are truly hungry, and to achieve that you need to eat only whole foods that are rich in fiber,lower in high GI sugar and fat should come to fill out rest of the calories

In a healthy individual your hormones work against your fat gain, increased NEAT,body temperature BMR, less ghrelin, more leptin, if you consume goyslop your body will not give a fuck about your metabolism and you will binge and get addicted to these foods

binge meat, organs, eggs. some diary, fruit and honey. Nothing else, absolutely nothing
