when I was 14 iwas starving myself and for a year I didn’t grow taller then I started eating again and grew three inches in a year so i don’t think u should starve urself for now imo

To be honest, i have been starving myself a SHIT ton and yet i still grow taller, just prioritize protein and dairy, also try not too work out too much because starving raises GH and when you dont work out, gh goes to bones could be wrong about this, but like i said i have been growing taller and i starve.
