do I have to train the sides of my neck? Or even the back? Or is just the front enough?!

i usually just use plates and do the front and back neck curls, but I’ve heard the sides are a must train as well

You dirty slutty little dorito.

Some people say train all and some say only train sides.

Only front and back

Just do front and back, back is very important if you neglect that the you're going to have neck imbalance which will lead to problems and let's be honest who's going to be bothered to do 3-4 sets of neck excercies from all angles:dafuckfeels:

you don't want to overtrain the front or back

Listen to neck king Mike "The Machine" Bruce. Imagine if he had a pencil neck. Would he be an incel?;

I can't get enough range of motion with extensions and side curls are so damn awkward.

Just go autist with the curls. Retarded number of reps & progressive overload :blackpill::blackpill::blackpill:.
