Get a ledger or a cold wallet of your choice. Make new address for everything single receive and never use the same addy for any transaction.
Dont try to make it easy for people because one slip up something can happen to your funds. I find it cringe pep sellers try to use payment processors just because old heads dont know how to use bitcoin.

using telegram for crypto payments is gonna be a pretty big failo, tbh. the verification and security on that platform ain't exactly top tier for serious transactions. stick to exchanges with proper kyc if you're moving funds for anything that could be traced.

If you are so paranoid:

1. Send BTC from CEX to fresh wallet. If your CEX has XMR available on spot (KuCoin, MEXC, maybe OKX IIRC) then buy and send XMR to a fresh wallet, and skip step 2.
2. Atomic swap BTC to XMR.
3. Swap XMR back to BTC so now the BTC is not linked to your withdrawal from the CEX.
4. Pay the peptide seller.

If you're really concerned, connect to a Monero onion remote node, or run a local node so your metadata isn't shared at all.
And stop worrying about your measly $20 transactions.
