Try primal screaming un ironically maybe it will get rid of the anxiety for a while, try making your voice quieter and talking slowly with more of a serious tone. There will be a difference even if it's a small one. Maybe inject t or get voice surgery

True tbh, can attest to this. I have a deep-ish voice but in moments of distress and short breath I have some vibrations that make my voice sound shittier and softer.

Idk tbh maybe biased bcs or looks but to me ur voice sounds more friendly and nt while the opposite is for Amnesia and i don't take looks into consideration

Your pitch is alright, i say you should try correcting how you speak even if it may feel torturing, main things holding you back is non nt voice, the pauses and vibrations caused by anxiety. Good thing u larp as 23 or so because your pitch does sound like a 20yod

Other than that a smoother voice that doesn't sound like a cuck but neither aspie is ideal. Pitch is another subject
