Yes, but you won't see them in bars, restaurants, nightclubs and other similar places where normies and couples go, I walk a lot for example through my city and occasionally see other incels walking long distances, I recognize them immediately, normal people don't usually walk for long distances, they use cars or take an Uber/Taxi. Buses and other public transit methods are also often filled with poor people, ethnics and incels.
