The incision is on eyelid, or via mouth, the implant itself is positioned on the under eye area, not directly above the orbital rim.

Turkey? Just save up, I think it’s not a very very common procedure to do it without the saddle or a good surgeon.

Don't think it matters too much if sillicone is used in that area, it's not like sillicone == sillicone. The sillicone used in this area is hard and durable.
