Can infraorbitals achieve pfl increase through sclera decrease and a reduction in pull on the lower eyelid?

But yes, Infraorbitals can provide better looking definitions, because infraorbitals are custom-made 3d implants, which can even go to improve the cheekbones.

she got an off the shelf tear trough implant, so her results are the bare minimum for what a custom would provide, which is why i say she got pretty good results especially if it really did help her cheekbone definition

lateral canthoplasty can give a bit more than 2mm of pfl i believe but for real pfl the only doctor I'm aware of that can do a pfl surgery is dr richard allen I've seen the surgery its crazy insane how much pfl he can give

anyone who says pfl isn't achievable through surgery is retarded

medial canthus can also be achieved through surgery as well but most doctors are too pussy to even dare touch it
