This emphasises the need for a skilled and preferably blackpilled surgeon. Many normal surgeons are not skilled enough and often have bad placement.

If you over do it like a lot of people do, then yes. If you only go for 5mm of augmentation each side then should be fine.

jaw implants can be fine if they're not overdone. Same with any surgery. If any surgery is too drastic then it'll severely impact harmony and look uncanny.
