Do light hair and eyes go away when growing ?

I had a cousin born with blonde hair and light eyes, but i came back 4 year later and he had light brown hair and eyes

he was wearing colored contacts when he was born, then he realised he cant fraud forever

I was brunette when younger but now i have pitch black hair, my mum loves to comment on this the fucking self hating subhuman noodlewhore solely responsible for all my subhuman traits

Yes I had dirty blonde and hazel.
Now I have brown and dark brown.

Hair yes. People are typically born with lighter hair as a child because with less melanin it helps them absorb more vitamin D. This is the same reason why whites evolved pale skin.

As they get older the need for vitamin D decreases and the hair typically darkens.

As for the eyes, there is no reason that should happen but I’ve heard stories of people who’s eyes have changed color with age etc, so perhaps there’s something to it, though it’s certainly not the norm.
