Do lips get more upturned when losing weight

Doubt they'll get more upturned. They say they get wider though. Downturned lips aren't necessarily a bad thing unless too extreme. Tyson Ballou pulls them off well.

In my experience they do slightly. They also get wider and less pouty.

They get wider for sure, they do get upturned if you have a lot of face fat/cheeks.
