Do looks matter in long term relationships?

i know they matter short term as I’ve watched my sub5 friends get sa accusations for doing the exact same things I would but in my case the girl would fw it.

Although the same sub 5 friend pulled a HTB in a long term relationship so it begs the question do looks really matter long term? Why? Why not?
