Do low I.Q people have an internal monologue?

Any of you low I.Q cels care to share?
I was shocked to discover about 20% of the population has no verbal internal monologue whatsoever- their mind is a complete vacuum devoid of words and may only contain certain visual imagery.

But I thought to myself, how can you process abstract ideas without an internal monologue- visual imagery is limited when dealing with the abstract because it's difficult to conceptualise

this is kinda unrelated but apparently low I.Q people have a poor compass of time- it's hard for some people to anticipate potential future outcomes

This is linked to the race pill aswell apparently. Apparently Africans are incapable of planning ahead. For example they will wait for a bus for hours without thinking about why it is late or whether or not it will eventually arrive
