Genuine question, but do models like Tyler Maher, Sean O'Pry, Jon Kortajarena, Gandy, etc. have crazy surgeries done?

I'm not talking about the softmaxxes, cause thats quite evident. But the surgeries like transplants (hair/eyebrows), implants (all types), etc.

Narrow palate= more likely to have hollow cheeks. I don't have that video saved but I'm pretty sure O'pry, Barrett, Depoot and Nessman had extractions.
