Regular manlets do but, turbo ones probably don't. If ur really short (like 5'4) you were definitely just malnourished (which actually lowers testosterone) or have hormonal/health problems (also lowering T).

So more specifically, 5'6 - 5'9 dudes probably have the highest testosterone.
