It Depends i am from the North of Morocco i look Italian. You go south they get darker. Geographically, they are med, also in terms of some culture and traditions.
Moroccans look max like Sicilians even when pale, I went to south italy and there are hundreds of thousands of moroccans and they're very easy to tell apart.

Depends, north looks med south less. Turks only anatolian region Iraqis some do some not. Also med is broad. On this forum the term med means italian or spanish which in reality is a flawed meaning.
Mediterranean has always referred to the European part of the region, from Turkey to Spain and including portugal even if it doesn't straddle it. Wtf the anatolian turks look significantly less med than thracian/aegan ones

Bro Mediterranean literally means all countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. If you were to go to Morocco or Algeria you would find plenty of Mediterranean types in the north. Tunisia is full of them.

You can find european lookalikes in Levant and weird isolated Algerians, as well people from like geogria/chechnya/dagestan, etc but they're extremely rare even then.
