Do men even need dermatologists for cosmetic stuff?

Are dermatologists worth it?

I was planning on making a few appointments to dermatologists in 2022 for anti-aging treatments. My skin still looks good/clear/young (I have gotten compliments from women for it), but I just wanted that extra edge against aging.

Men have access to (from least to most drastic):
-Basic hygiene/cleanser products. Moisturizers, skin cleansers, acne washes. Special soaps like African black soap, shea butter soap, etc.
-Basic masks and peels. I use Aztec Secret Healing Clay, and that stuff really works for me.
-Higher-grade cleansing and moisturizing products. Retinols, lactic acid products, jojoba oil, etc.
-Apparently you could get certain medical grade peels and treatments over the counter. I have heard of Jessner and TCA peels over the counter, which is what some professionals use. I don't know much about this, though.

Do men without special skin conditions even need dermatologists? Or is over the counter stuff good enough? I am not interested in things like fillers and botox.

I am leaning towards just skipping the pros and experimenting with things alone. Going to a dermatologist seems like a waste of money.

Generally no from my experience except for blackheads removal, you shouldnt be doing that by yourself at home

She doesn't look androgynous at all. She looks more feminine than the average woman, maybe +1 SD femininity. Look at that jawline, that chin, the arched eyebrows, all very feminine. This is what a highly masculine woman looks like:
