Obviously they can experience decreases in sperm quality and quantity as they get older.

For fertility, no. Looks wise yes. But as males age their betabux potential increases while females SMV only gets worse with time.

This can affect fertility and increase the risk of certain health conditions in offspring.
so basically woman is best 25 - 30 and men is 30-40?

women's fertility declines more after the age of 35 while men's fertility declines gradually starting around age 40

Old eggs and old sperm are not optimal for reproduction, both deteriorate and both increase the likelihood of birth defects and certain conditions. Optimal reproduction is under 25 for both men and women. That being said, the odds of having a healthy baby even if you are very old are always in your favor. For example the chances of having a retarded baby going from 1% to 5% or even 10% don't mean much, you are still very likely to win the dice roll. Plus you can always run tests for most conditions in the early stages of pregnancy and you can abort the fetus if you don't want a retarded baby, unless you're a religious anti-abortion cuck of course.

Women's fertility starts declining at 30, rapidly declines from 35 onwards and by 45 the chances of getting pregnant naturally are very much very close to zero. Men's fertility drops very gradually but up till 45-50, there is barely any difference. Most men can still father kids in their 50s and 60s, some even much later.
