No (you will more than likely not be caught), however if you are really worried you can stuff socks into your shoes by folding them in half and placing them along the backpart (heel) and the front part of the shoe. To cover this up you would need to cover your back heel with some sort of dress or work pants so that you do not look like a retard with half of your heel poking out.
