Those are Ashkenazi Jews. You also have Sephardic Jews who are southern Europeans.

Good chance, Mizraim is the Hebrew word for Egypt so Mizrachi is used to mean Jews from Middle East diaspora. Ashkenaz means the area of Germany and the Slavic countries, so that’s why those from there are called ashkenazi. They have a bit different customs from each other eg some prayers are a bit different.
