Do moderate test injections cause cognitive decline long term?

I think retards are more likely to use steroids which creates a discrepancy in cognitive scores between steroid users and non-steroid users, rather than steroids turning you into a retard.
 
If by moderate, you mean 500mg to 1.5g, yes (and high being doses of AAS exceeding that).

Could’ve typed three words into Google (“cognitive effects AAS”) and received plenty of studies on this topic and avoided being wrong. Don’t mean to be rude, but this is the second time in a very short period of time mentioning this.

I don't have any expertise knowledge of Endocrinology so I'm not going to delude myself into thinking I perfectly understand these studies when I read them.
