It is extra work but that's part of the job. You are helping people, and actively trying to make the forum better. People like to shit on staff but tbh if there was no staff willing to do this, the entire forum would be complete cancer. The forum has around 50k members after all you can imagine the kind of stuff that would be posted here or done with no moderating.
