Do most people clean themselves adquately after using the bathroom?

I'm talking more about the number 2 . I guess maybe I have OCD, but I won't leave until I make sure I'm completely clean, so I may use copious amounts of tissue and wipe several times to be sure. . I wash my hands 4 times after that . I make sure I don't have any TP stuck in certain places. I know its bad, but it bothers me how many people I encounter- even healthy, young people who don't thoroughly sanatize their bottoms after going to the bathroom.

We have bidet in EU but i shower everyday so i dont use it, but yeah i wipe until the paper is almost white
