It's just a 1cm difference for me, I'm 171 in morning and 170 later in the day. There are ways to retain morning height throughout the entire day though.

My night height is 6'1.5" exactly. This height is rope fuel, I want to be 6'2" at night so bad. I don't how to tell people my real height irl if they ask me, cause I actually do get complimented pretty much every fortnight for my height. With shoes I'm 6'3" though. I hope I grow till 25 yo.
