do mulattos or hapas look whiter on average?

i think hapas look whiter bcuz asians have lighter skin than blacks, straight hair than blacks, whiter noses than blacks, whiter lips than blacks, and other traits that are "whiter" than black traits. Obviously blacks have whiter maxillas than asians but they have bimaxillary protrusion quite often which is pretty non-white. I think hapas look whiter in conclusion
