Having some muscle definition is universally appealing. But big muscles mostly appeal to gym foids and foids who prefer masc men. So technically "niche" to some some extent, depending on big you are.

They def are but face takes priority with height behind it. Body doesn't really come close compared to these two. Also having clothes on puts more emphasis on face then body in general. Still tho body matters
