Sort of but you have long eyelashes that kind of mask it and make it less noticeable. Have you thought about curling your eyelashes up. Use water and curl them up right now too see how it will look like. Your eyelashes look thick and downturned like mine. Curling them helped a lot.

Be careful though, dont curl too much or you will look like a faggot.

Your eye area is average but you have eyelashes and eyebrows. My eyes are a lot worse than yours but i also have thick eyebrows and eyelashes so it doesnt really affect me.
