do my lips look like a failo here again?

my friend told me some time ago my lips and nose are hardcapping me badly. ever since then i hate them

what can i do to fix. im thinking some upper lip filler at home

Oral commisure is shaped very weirdly

Mouth reduction for both the upper lip and the lower lip, should work well, should lengthen the philtrum as well without impacting midface too much. Or just filler in the lower lip to fix the oral commisure



later on you can get a rhino, rotation and/or structural so your philtrum is taller without your midface being affected

yeah think its more of a tier 2 failo, since the width it okay. its affecting my misc a bit though which is bothering me

I'm just sayin; it's not like he's recessed to death, by noticeable we're just saying that someone could point it out regardless if it's fairly easily or with difficulty
