Do normies actually get “sick to their stomach” when they see something online?

I never understood it but I see normies saying this all the time. Whenever they see or hear something that they consider “messed up”

“This makes me sick to my stomach”
“This makes me nauseous”

Like, is it just hyperbole? Or are their brains just wired differently?

Only the weakest people possible. If you have been on the internet and in internet culture you become numb to almost everything

Normies are psychopaths who would rather see 50 people get burned alive than doggo getting shot.
