Does a chad or stacey ever get created from normie/sub normie parents from just a lucky combination of the best of their genetics?

Or do chads/stacies come exclusively from high tier looking parents.

In this case, could we say good looking people are their own race? If they mostly only breed with each other, and are visually separable from the rest of the population.

Yeah there are quite a few examples of normies producing elite tier children.

you can already use ivf to select gender, perhaps in future, computer could predict your childs face based on genetics on fertilised egg, and if you had like 20-30 fertilised eggs to work with, you can just pick the most gl. kinda like designer babies but you are not actually editing the genes, just selecting best random combination

I think many times yes.

I think Hugh Laughton-Scott, Matthew Noszka, and Jon-Erik Hexum all have/had normie parents.

There are probably countless other examples of Chads with normie parents.
