Theory:- Normies don't have hobbies

The vast majority of normies don't have hobbies, and if they do it's not serious. Normies be like "I do swimming as a hobby" when they swim once a month or some shit, that's not a hobby. A hobby is something you do multiples times a week and you're dedicated to. Normies are unable to dedicate themselves to such a thing, most normies sit down at home, eat ice cream and watch netflix. It's why bodybuilders (guys who do it srs), high level fighters, etc. They all tend to be a little weird/autistic, no normal person dedicates themselves to such a thing.
