this has more to do with him not consuming enough calories, regardless veganism should be avoided

jfl @ u for eating processed foods with refined carbs and artificial ingredients. the people in this video went through carb deficits while being vegan which led to their malnourished states. if you eat enough (vegan foods) in the same amount as you eat your normal carnivorous and processed foods, you will not be malnourished.

The thing is that saturated fats clog the arteries.
There appears to be a diet best for bone development and teeth health but worst for heart and (penis anything that involves blood) health.

there areautopsy’s on mummy’s and frozen Inuit eskimos both eating Weston prices ideal diet (paleo with high fat intake) and the coronary arteries show identical stuff to what ours show today.

and there are the same autopsy’s done on low fat Okinawans that show virtually no plaque or calcification in the arteries.

I can link all the studies if anyone cares.

Jared Leto and Cillian Murphy are vegan and they look insane for their age. Veganism might be legit for anti-aging, but I wouldn’t try it until you’re like 25-30ish. You need meat for proper development

It's good to have a diet high in antioxidants and polyphenols so a plant-based diet has its benefits. Vegans lack essential nutrients like the right kind of Vitamin A, B12, D3, and other trace minerals so meat is still a necessity at the end of the day.
