High Glycemic Load Leads to Bone Growth Throughout Development

I've noticed that there aren't enough discussions on the topic of high glycemic load here, even it's not some revolutionary new theory.

Heavily processed grains, sugars and goyslop spike insulin which in turn causes an increase in IGF-1, causing bone growth in development. This is contrary to what people usually say, which is that fast food and sugars will stunt your growth. Although a diet consisting of a high glycemic load is unhealthy, the goal is to have an increase in height, not an anti-aging effect which is what most people aim for with diets like keto, which are fine for grown adults, but will cuck your development along with a vegan, carnivore and conventional food pyramid diet -> here.

I've seen this study circulating around some threads and you can go through it if you want to read all that shit, it basically goes further in depth about the actions of the western diet on insulin etc.

Here is an image(recycled ass picture lmao:ogre:) from the study which shows the mechanism of a high glycemic load on igf-1:

Some foods you'd generally want to eat to cause this load are:
  • ice cream
  • milk
  • sugary cereal
  • whey protein
  • fast food (yes, mcdonalds theory is real lmao) in moderation
  • fructose, sucrose and glucose in their raw forms
As usual, don't be a retard and go completely overboard, although the aim is to have as much of a glycemic load as possible. Ensure you're not sedentary and eat other food too: consume meat and animal protein, 2-3g/kg bodyweight..... all water tbh. I've also compiled a list of meals I generated that spike your insulin. There isn't much to be said about these meals and the list above serves as more of a guideline:feelshah:

Breakfast: White Bread with Jam and Orange Juice

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 slices of white bread (approximately 320 calories)
  • 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam (approximately 100 calories)
  • 1 glass of orange juice (approximately 150 calories)

Breakfast: Pancakes with Syrup and Fruit Juice

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 pancakes with syrup (approximately 600 calories)
  • 1 glass of fruit juice (approximately 150 calories)

Breakfast (~700-800 calories)

  • White Bread with Jam and Fruit Juice:
  • 4 slices of white bread - 320 calories
  • 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam - 100 calories
  • 1 medium banana - 100 calories
  • 1 glass of orange juice - 150 calories

Main meal: White Rice with Sweet and Sour Chicken

  • 2 cups of cooked white rice - 400 calories
  • Sweet and sour chicken (takeout style) - 400 calories
Mcdonald's order (what I'd order - EAT SPARINGLY, as usual, don't be a retard):
  • large big mac meal with fries and milkshake
  • 9 mcnuggets
  • mcCrispy
  • mcflurry
  • (basically eat what the fuck you want if you're hungry, not sure if I'd recommend that as you can get fat)

Snack: Cereal with Milk

  • 2 cups of sugary cereal - 300 calories
  • 1 cup of whole milk - 150 calories

Snack: Rice Cakes with Honey and Banana

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 rice cakes with honey (approximately 400 calories)
  • 1 medium banana (approximately 100 calories)

Dessert: Vanilla Ice Cream with Cookies

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (approximately 300 calories)
  • 2 chocolate chip cookies (approximately 200 calories)

Dessert: Donuts and Chocolate Milkshake

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 glazed donuts (approximately 400 calories)
  • 1 chocolate milkshake (approximately 500 calories)

You may call this cope but my point isn't that eating like this and causing high insulin through puberty will guarantee you to grow to surpass your genetic potential, but it is the most optimal diet for causing bone growth.
Does this explain when I drink beer my muscles in my back get larger and I get slightly taller?

cool. do you have a time machine so i can go back to when i was 4 when this information would have been relevant?

if you plan on drinking large amounts of milk i would employ a estrogen blocking supplement like DIM, Olive Leaf Extract, Boron

Although milk is indisputably the 'perfect food' for mammals, it cannot be argued that the cow is a different species and milk is purposefully resistant to digestion—two considerations prerequisite for autoantibody formation.

Folate receptor autoantibodies will make you forget all about the casomorphins, literally. The choroid plexus is where all brain folate is absorbed, and the obligatory receptors are ~88% similar to proteins found in bovine milk. This occurs because membrane folate receptors are often cleaved-off, making for a slightly-shorter yet otherwise identical version in the plasma. These are also found in milk in high concentrations, and represent the autoantigen for folate receptor autoantibodies.

These autoantibodies bind the brain folate receptor, making the primary transporter reduced in function. Brain folate is necessary for dNA synthesis, myelination, and some neurotransmitters (i.e. norepinephrine; melatonin). The antidote for these autoantibodies is simply tetrahydrofolate, 5-methylated or otherwise, and the far more common folic acid will not do. This oxidized form normally goes through the folate receptor now blocked by the autoantibody. The electronically-reduced folates are needed to counteract this by bypassing the folate receptor (FR1) though the reduced folate carrier (RFC1), also found on the choroid plexus.

yes, high glycemic foods spike igf1, its best to eat them on an empty stomach so other foods dont intervene in digestion.
True thats why younger people are tall even tho they eat fast food

You chose which path you go through you could go to the dirty bulk path fuck your hgh and increase your igf-1 or you can go the intermitent fasting keto diet increase your hgh and have decent igf-1 levels your choice but

Exactly this, imo you should do high insulin and inject hgh
