i think those teas are good at getting rid of stomach bloat.
However, when it comes to facial bloat, I believe only the tea's caffeine content is relevant.
So whatever you drink or consume, just make sure it contains a lot of caffeine...

Asparagine which is amino acid. Yeah anything with high caffeine works tbh, my pre workout has 300mg and within 4 hours my face is debloated.
