Time is probably the most important thing and next to it in my opinion is dopamine, probably the most important neurochemical in the brain that rewires it, what you do and what it expects you to do next, no it's not the "pleasure hormone" . It is the reason why we are so advanced and advancing as opposing to other species. Dopamine plays part for attention which is decreasing very fast with the upcoming of technology and social medias, the bigger the rise of technology the easier it becomes to hijack dopamine due to neuro engineering which currently is happening with everything. Almost every single person that owns a phone is automated consumer which gives his dopamine and time freely the 2 most important things that one person can have and will have in his life, even worth more than money. Brain is the most fascinating thing and it's plasticity is even more fascinating, one can go from having brain wired only for quick pleasure, short attention span, easy hijacking, to the reverse of that (high focus/attention, long term reward expectation, long term motivation that many people now struggle with) , if you managed to read till here, listen carefully, your dopamine is getting hijacked by almost everything you interact, with enough tuned dopamine to action you can do almost anything (possibly) and can achieve everything that would require time, do not let your dopamine be hijacked, it's the most important currency besides time.

Goal = Action = Time + Dopamine
If we exclude also chaos , for example in sports which genetics play a huge role, an action that is achievable without chaos like learning how to build something

It's too late for me I think
I've fapped a ridiculous amount of times and I don't think my dopamine receptors can be fixed
Neuroplasticity, it's always possible you can rewire your brain to love almost anything with enough repetition

Unless you have taken hard drugs (like heroine, which physically damages the brain) you cannot permanently alter or damage your brain
