You can counter it using these rules and be 12 year old again

no fap
6% bodyfat
no processed food
no alcohol
no tap water
avoid all cities
no staying up past 11pm - no partying with degenerates
take supps
no wifi
drop out of school
never workcell
no friends except on these forums (they are all BP and will looksmin you)
exercise everyday
dont take any medicine (except FIN, viagra and accutane ofc)
