Here me out here before you jump the gun but if you had a subhuman face to begin with and you have no bones under that face fat you will get a narrow cuck face meanwhile if your over weight you have a wider and while bloated more approachable face rather than a narrow skulled cuck know if you have good bones already sticking out then lose weight if not just stay average weight 15 to 18 percent body fat tbh

I’ve seen a lot of transformations where people look like they lack bones and once they lose the fat they’re not as recessed. Besides doesn’t hurt in trying. 10-14% bodyfat is healthier than 20% anyway
