Be careful with your dopamine hits
In the past I would max out my dopamine on weekends, getting blackout drunk, eating fast food, having sex, smoking etc
Now I no longer drink alcohol or go out
Instead I get small dopamine hits like a good meal or a nicotine pouch while working etc
