if you're living in poopland like me, you're most likely living in the northern region
the AQI is > 500 for like 3-4 months (1/3rd of the year)
the air is extremely hazardous and bad
most indians dont get these problems, but there has been a significant rise in asthmatic patients in the past 5 years
and i am one of them
i cant go outside without wearing a mask and even with wearing a mask it only works for like an hour max before i start getting lung conjestions
i cant play outside, interact with normal people, i have dropped out of school
take steroid air pumps every single day
this post is meaningless, just letting my emotions out
at this point, i am about to consider buying some nico (like nicotne gummies) to deal with this deficit, because my depression is slowly getting worse
eating food to cope is an L move tbh, you're NEVER satisfied and its a very dark and brutal loophole, its worse or similiar to alcoholism in terms of impact
i think controlled nicotine usage may help me a bit...
